@mysporby1940 What Is your diet like? Maybe that could help. Mediterranean is the best, but not for everyone. Eliminate sugar, carbs, highly processed foods entirely. This will rid your body of inflammation from what you consume. If your already doing that congrats. I always start with diet changes. Then I do PT, swim (excellent), and relax with heat or ice. Walking is very good as well. I have a bad spine so these are the things I do. I also have a bad heart I'm trying everything I can not to go on pharmaceuticals. Curcumin is great for heart Inflammation. There's also CoQ10 supplement. Third party tested of course for heart. There are a lot of supplements for joint health, heart, muscle and brain health.

2 Reactions@dstapay Hi Deni, sorry to hear about your issues.I fell like I should not complain hearing what you are having to deal with.
I have been getting acupuncture but I've not seen any progress with it. I'm about to start with a chiropractor, who , apparently, has studied this particular condition and does not use the traditional chiropractic techniques. Will report back.
What sort of treatments have you been getting?
@mysporby1940 There are conservative measures... drugs, PT, exercise, etc. If those fail to help, the are more invasive measures... spinal cord stimulator, pain pump, and others. I have tried them all. Only the spinal cord stimulator helped, a lot.
@hjcram I have done Botox for migraines, currently taking a break from it to see if there’s a difference. So far I haven’t noticed any worsening of headaches. I also do Aimovig.
Chronic pain is basically treated with Vicoprofen. After 10 years it obviously doesn’t work as well as it did, still provides some relief.
