@gravity3 One other thing I did before Neurofeedback, the therapist prescribed a device called an Alpha Stim. Unfortunately insurance does not cover the cost. I bought it for anxiety and it helped. However, after 20 sessions of Neurofeedback that has negated anxiety, I no longer use the Alpha Stim, my brain is calm vs restless.
