Yes. When I need to be going somewhere I have to have a space of time just to get back to some kind of normal breathing. I just take my time and in a little while all is good. Well as good as this disease will allow. Not even that far along. I am getting a new Respirologist soon so hoping she can make a difference. The one I have is useless, truly. Need an appt? Call and one can be given up to 30 days away. Serious. 150 miles one way.

@caseymydog1226 With copd the mornings are always the hardest!!
