@judyingenes thanks so much- I do need to advocate more! My biggest trouble was there literally wasn't another person there on our walk- just the valet guy who was getting off work. Once we made it to the ER, they were so quick and efficient- it felt good to get him into someone else's hands who knew what to do. Thanks!

Hi...Well, since the valet guy asked YOU if you needed help...you did need help, didn't you? He didn't say I'm on my way home, good luck finding your way around...He seemed to me like a good guy and asked "Do you need help?"
We are so used to taking care of everything ourselves, as women including our men (yes, I rolled my eyes!) that we continue to think that "help me" are swear words! And OMG I don't talk like that. We might have to tell someone we didn't do it all alone. Gasp!! We have to just get over ourselves, ya know? "Do you need help?" Yes, thank you..."Can I give you a hand?" Ahhh sure!.." This is by no means a derogatory statement on what you were going through.
NOW HERE IS ME...Looking around as I am dragging my poor husband... " SIR,
YES SIR you way down at the end there. I AM DESPERATE AND IM LOOKING FOR AN ANGEL...
A valet guy can be an angel too. He could pull out his phone and get someone there with a wheelchair for example or if he was an archangel take you in his car to where you belonged , before he left to go happily home, because he had been someone's angel.
