How much Magnesium Gly. should we take with all the other vitamins and should it be taken at night?

Might try reading research on PubMed.
Seems gut health is a big part of the issue.
I'm talking Lactobacillus rhamrosus GG, Citrus Flavinoids, Lactobacillus planturum, lactobacillus Reuteri

@ann2322 My recently retired brother in law, a colon/rectal surgeon of 45 years, told me, (a Crohn's guy,) that he treated 50% of his patients with probiotics only of various amounts per day depending on symptoms, (me at 1 or more depending on how I was feeling.) He only recommends/prescribed two: Visbiome or VSL#3. I also take Del-Immune V because a holistic chiropractor I trust recommended it. After the last colonoscopy, I was told it was "almost miraculous", all the lesions were completely healed. But I'm on this forum because miraculous or not, undiagnosed calcium malabsorption led me to daily Tymlos injections. P.S. I take Lactojoy with every single thing I eat, due to the lactose intolerance arriving with the Crohn's.

Hi, I am running low on supplements and struggling with whether to continue what I have been doing or switch it up again. I had been taking fortibone daily, osteostim 2x/day, but thinking I should go to 3 per day as recommended. I was concerned with the amount of Biotin so cut back a little. I was also taking Thorne advanced bone support, but am now a bit concerned over the amount of B6 it contains. I feel like I am at square one again. Just wondering if you are still sticking with osteostim and fortibone. Anything else a must have for you? It seems I am forever questioning and researching what to take. It
Shouldn’t be this difficult. So just reaching out to get your and others thoughts. Thanks

@lamd I know I struggle too. I was on the verge of buying my supplements from Keith McCormick again. However, I just started exploring the many osteoporosis products by Dr. John Neustadt at NBhealth.com. I like what I am reading about his manufacturing quality testing. I learned about him when Dr. Doug Lucas (The Dr. Doug Show on YouTube) interviewed him. Most recently, Dr. Doug did a youTube video called Collagen for Bone Health which is making me question Fortibone as the source of my collagen.
