Insomnia issues: Does anyone recommend anything that is reliable?

Since taking letrozole, I have had recurring insomnia. I have tried OTC tablets but have found nothing that I can count on. Does anyone recommend anything that is reliable?

It depends on what's keeping you from falling asleep, or staying asleep. If it is muscle spasms, restless leg syndrome, or those electrical currents running through your body, Gabapentine worked for me. For general insomnia-failing to fall asleep because of a number of other issues, like thinking too much, mind on over-drive, restlessness, etc., I have had good success with Zopiclone. It takes about 40 minutes to kick in, so read a book or have a show after taking it and you'll hit the pillow soon after that.
I don't recommend looking at your screens a bedtime.
Hope this helps
