Insomnia issues: Does anyone recommend anything that is reliable?
Since taking letrozole, I have had recurring insomnia. I have tried OTC tablets but have found nothing that I can count on. Does anyone recommend anything that is reliable?

Chamomile tea before bed. In addition, I use a prescribed (by therapist) device called Alpha Stim. Its good for anxiety, insomnia and depression.

1 ReactionIf you aren't already, try taking it first thing in the morning. I've been on letrozole for 3 1/2 years. And experiment to find a bed time routine that works for you, such as no screen time, relaxation, etc.
We take Magnesium Glycinate. This is the brand that works for us. We tried another brand and it did not. We take it at bedtime and if we wake up in the night we take it again.

@fraaseo Can it be bought over the counter or a prescription is also needed?
You will need a prescription from Dr.
