I am doing the same as you given foot cramps related to Parkinsons. My dose of the extended release carb/levo (Crexont) is 52.5-210 taken at bedtime. Is that your dosage? Doesn't always get me fully through the night but another approach is to take your standard daytime dose before bedtime and another at 2-3 AM... IF you are getting up anyway for bathroom issues.

Good tips! The extended release meds have only recently been approved here in Canada so I don't have them yet. But I agree about taking an extra pill during the night since I wake up frequently anyway.
