@dorob how many sessions of mfr did you go to before you saw improvements? I have been going to a massage therapist how specializes in MFR and havent seen any improvements as of yet

I want to say 3 maybe? That was two years ago and have stayed fairly consistent with weekly or every two week sessions. Again, tho, as that area finds relief, other areas find stress so back we go! But in answer to your question regarding one specific area, it usually resolves in a couple or three sessions especially as your body part whines that it needs help and you seek help fairly soon to not let the ‘guarding’ behavior get out of hand.
