Fosamax and me

So, Yup was just given my scores from decades scan and I have to say, I haven’t taken very good care of myself over the years. 66 years old, retired receiving clerk, don’t like milk, at least 25 # over weight., and diagnosed with a t9 and t7 fracture. Osteoporosis evidentially runs rampant in my family, but again, never really took the time to take care of myself. So now I’m on Disne’s, going to do this for a year then get another scan and see how it goes number wise. Any success out there with Disne’s and lifestyle changes along with calcium, vitamin d supplements?
