Help.. Positive anti dsDNA + cardiolipin + glycop.b2 + cryoglobulin

I am a 30 year old woman, single without children, I have a background of Meniere's disease, IGA immunodeficiency, probably celiac.
In December 2025 the following symptoms and signs appeared:
- Terrible pain in the wrist joint in the area of the fingers, sometimes
- Changes in the color of the skin of my extremities, purple feet, swollen and pale legs or bluish or redden alternately, colored hands diagnosed with Raynaud's syndrome
- Severe hair loss, I have to sweep the floor at home about 3 times a day.
- New fatigue and exhaustion that was not there before, interfering with functioning and managing daily life.

Since 12/2025 until today 06/2026 I have performed several blood tests in the laboratory that showed consistent results:
Liver enzymes AST ALT increased around 90
A precipitate was observed at 4 degrees Celsius of cryoglobulins
FREE LIGHT CH.-KAPPA 26.02
FREE LIGHT CH.-LAMBDA 27.53
GLOBULIN GAMA 22.7%
ESR = 30
TOTAL IGG = 2150
TOTAL IGM = 350
TOTAL PROTEIN = 9.48
ANTI IGG CARDIOLIPIN = >160
ANTI IGG GLYCOPROTEIN B.2 = >160
DSDNA = 89
LEUCOCYTES - U STRIP = 250
PROTEIN- U STRIP = 10
PROTEIN/CREAT RATIO = 154
Complement C3 C4 in the lower limit of normal.
Negative/normal result for everything else, including: creatinine, blood count, coagulation functions, ANA, ANCA, RF, SSA, SSB....

My doctor says there is nothing to do and no proper diagnosis other than a simple APLA from my lab, and I just need to take aspirin and continue monitoring. I am not calm, and I have no intention of accepting the suffering of my current condition as a fate for the rest of my life. Please, is there anyone familiar with such a combination of symptoms?
LUPUS was ruled out due to a negative ANA.

Hello @mdnursemd, Welcome to Connect. I can't even imagine what you are going through trying to get a diagnosis and a treatment that helps. You mentioned you were diagnosed with Raynaud's syndrome along with the other symptoms you shared - terrible pain in the wrist, hands and fingers along with severe hair loss, fatigue and exhaustion. From what I've read it is possible to have Lupus with negative ANA but it's very rare - https://www.lupus.org/resources/i-have-symptoms-of-lupus-but-a-negative-ana-test-can-i-still-have-lupus.

Have you thought about seeking help or a second opinion with a specialist or rheumatologist?

With cryoglobulinemia it is important to have full hepatitis antibody panel testing. You need to avoid cold exposure and regularly monitor your
kidney functions. Does your care team include a rheumatologist experienced
in immune related disease? Have you seen a dermatologist?
Multi specialty care at a tertiary care clinic may offer the most answers
and therapy.
