@scalarry Have you had your level retested to see if it is normal now? 9000 IU is a lot if you are in range.

@sueinmn I will very soon. I was low last March, bitI sldo had very high estrogen which makes D3 less bioavailabile. That is normal mow so was probably absorbing too much D3
