Er+ Pr + Her2+ T1 grade 3. Small tumor, no lymph node or metastasis.
My 45 year old daughter just got this diagnosis. Would like to hear what kind of treatments folks have used for this type of breast cancer. And what kind of results. Thank you.

Diagnosed 2023 with HER2+ Estrogen/Progrsterone. T1 Grade 2 Ductal. A Lumpectomy was performed and removed my lymph node, which was clear. Got a port in chest installed. then, As it was ductal I had to have Abraxane for 14 weeks ( had an allergic Reaction to the T named drug) Hercepton was included along side that and continued for a year and a half once a week. Then after that I had 2 weeks of radiation. Then was put on Letrozol pills which are an aromatace inhibitor, to take for at least 5 years. Lost most of my hair except for a tiny bit of bang, wisps on the side of my ears and a little wisp at the bottom of my back on neck. So when I wore a cute cotton hat that hai stuck out. All the rest fell out. I am doing well in Letrozol. However, I am going to ask if they can somehow measure my Estrogen to see if the pill is working. No treatment for the high Progesterone but do t know why not. I am 70 and I have gone back into Menopause and have the symptoms of that which never occurred with my first Menopause.

1 ReactionMine was almost identical. But my grade was 1A and now LCIS. I had a zero stage abnormality in the same breast, and DCIS, 4.5 years before. I did not take AI's then.
I asked my doctor how to trace whether the AI is working to reduce Estrogen and he said only through a biopsy. I asked about various blood tests and he said there are too many false readings.
I asked if he liked the Predict site and he said not really.
I asked if a MRI would be wise, he said at my age, 74, there are so many calcifications that have formed around the body that they might be chasing all sorts of false readings and that would not help with stress.
Being in the dark is also stressful.
I, too, am having menopause symptoms that I did not have before but that could be because I Took HRT for 4 years.
If someone knows a holistic practitioner, who has other knowledge or ways to help us be comfortable with our results (and now lack of knowledge of our current situation I would love to hear from you.

I listen do Dr. Elithorpeat the Tustin Longevity Center in Tustin CA on utube. Mostly to hear a function/integrative approach. I have been treated at City of Hope in Duarte California yet find Mayo Clinic is a lot like COH. Dr E talks about the lifetime benefits of HRT. She does not believe the Estrogen is the cause of my ER+ reading. She is not my DR., she just provided45 years of medical history to give people thoughts on how she would offer treatments.
I feel like you might also put Holistic Doctor in the search bar of this Mayo Clinic site and find posts.
