lnterstital diagnosis can this be a part of autoimmune diseases?
seems like this (interstitial) could be a way of transmitting to the entire body. (i am a layman making a guess.) with all my other diseases i had been diagnosed with interstitial many years age. who can remember with everything else! at the time of the diagnosis i was being diagnosed with copd, sleep apnea , cpap, oxygen and restless leg syndrome. then came the rheumatoid and psa diagnosis (even though i have had the symptoms most of my life). and of course diabetes, high blood pressure, heart beat irregularities, stage 3 kidney, macular degeneration, glaucoma, sjogrens and if i look at my medications i am sure i can find other diagnosis. (i am a walking pill) and after all this, if a have a small mental issue do you think i will reveal it? i don't know how i handle all of this. perhaps personality comes into play? yes, i do suffer with pain, have depression anxieties and all the rest.
i am waiting for the day the doctors will take the word practice out of their title.
when i look at all this in another way: IT COULD BE WORSE. we all know that their are many other debilitating conditions . and after all this, i am still in pain, but ALIVE. and I do love you ALL. from one of us suffering souls.
it would be interesting to hear from you about this subject.

Hi Roland - yes the humidity seems to play a big role for me and others. I notice it more after we've had some rain and it gets hot and humid. I have a little more aches and pains in my shoulders, arms and hands. Also a little stiffer walking around.
@peach414144, at 74 I'm not too far behind you ☺. I have to admit I was confused by the term interstitial. Our friend Merriam-Webster gave me a better understanding along with your explanation.

I'm most definitely not a medical expert either. I resemble that old saying - "If I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself." No turning back now. Just have to learn as much as you can, make better lifestyle choices and take one day at a time.
Psst...you can still learn by keeping your mind active and doing your own research. It's not as hard as it seems.
Thanks John I thought it was just me I also am experiencing a little stiffness walking. For the last couple of week I have had a difficult time riding my bike because of the aching joints in my wrist rode vibration really makes them hurt more I cannot decrease the air pressure in my tires I run 100 lbs so I suffer or don't ride. Thanks for the info.
@peach414144 What a great sounding soup - and so easy. Thanks for sharing that with us! Teresa
Hi @peach414144,
I'm tagging @oldkarl @brie87144 @dogmamat @soitis4590 @lisabeans @cmtg @larsona10 @blindeyepug @techi, as I bet they can relate with this conversation.
i have not thought of the humidity factor. now i will watch and gauge it for results. thanks for that. maybe turning the thermostat to a degree that will take more of the humidity out. i have been keeping the house warmer to save on electric but now not to suffer any more than is necessary.
