From what I have been told and experienced, steroid induced high IOP reacts to steroids. I don't think it would be 14 and a few minutes later shoot up to 60. The eye might have reacted to the trauma of the injection with raising IOP???
I have you beat on numbers. I was 60, then 50 then 40 when we were trying different ways to use steroids with glaucoma drugs. I lost that fight for sight and the eyesight is awful. They were able to get my IOP down with osmoglyn, a high osmolatity and diuretic that you drink. It took 40 minutes for it to go below 30.
