Has anyone tried Algae Cal?
I’m getting off Fosamax and I want to go a different route on handling my Osteopenia. Several of the Doc supported routes have issues with my health and I want to get off of them!

@pajamas7038 Are you asking about AlgaeCal calcium supplements or their collagen powder? I take their collagen, which contains Fortibone, which has been shown in studies to improve BMD.

I take a different brand of calcium that's sourced from algae, New Chapter Bone Strength, which I believe is cheaper than the AlgaeCal brand.

Honestly, I’m just getting started down this path and probably don’t know which to choose. I’m in the fact finding phase. So many ads and no way to know if anything is true.
I’m hoping to find real people with real success.
Have your numbers improved?

My doctor gave me ibandronate once a month pill. I had a bone scan last week and the number went up a little. I also take Bone up but haven’t been good about taking it.
