I do not have any back or leg pain. I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy foot pain. Which do you think is better for this type of pain, DRG or Nevro HFX?

I'm a senior in excellent health, hiking most days for an hour in a nearby preserve with diverse beautiful and physically challenging trails. I was a regular almost daily runner (3 miles) for 20+ years until I required hip joint replacements. I substituted running with hiking. Recently, I developed neuropathy in the ball of my foot and base of my toes. Of the various exercise options I've tried, the most immediate pain reduction is (i) walking --including but not limited to up and down spiral staircase in my house plus (ii) while sitting down (including while typing this comment)-- bouncing each affected foot up and down on the ball of the foot. I have a healthy diet, occasional wine when out with friends, and --except for the neuropathy pain--sleep very well. I'm concerned because my neuropathy is getting worse not better. Any suggestions?
