Constriction rings/cock ring any success?

I bought a fairly expensive vacuum device from Mayo clinic pharmacy. I had no luck with it. The head would fill and swell to almost painful but the shaft would not fill. So I would say I had no luck with getting to the ring. Trimix has been my answer.

I have used one purchased from Firm Tech with some success. It usually gets me sufficiently hard for penetration. Once I am inside, I often remove it.

No, no success. VED work to prevent fibrosis. I don’t see how they can help with sustsined erections.

I use 100 mg of Viagra and anpump. I have a large andvhard erection that lasts throughout our love making. Urologist said it's the best thing to do for me.

Just curious -- if you put a ring on with one of those pump devices, how do you get the ring off? If it is tight enough to work, won't it be tight enough to not come off?

I use a ved with constriction ring and it works as advertised. I also use Trimix at times, sometimes in combination with the ved/ring. It took some experimentation to find the correct ring size, but now it does a great job of keeping the blood in the penis for an effective erection.

As for removal, the ring has two loop handles that are relatively easy to grasp. I use them to stretch the ring opening wider which allows blood to escape the penis and the erection to subside. Then it is easy to remove.

@daveys it is doable. You can grab the ears on the ringand pull the enough apart to allow blood to flow back into the penis, the penis shrinks and with a little effort, slide the ring over the penis head.

1. If you pull on the ears of the ring doesn't that tighten the ring further?
2. If blood flows back into the penis doesn't it cause it to swell?

Has anybody tried it and been unable to get it off? (talking about the ring coming off)
What would you do in that situation? Careful application of a serrated steak knife?
