Yes - my prostate cancer was confined to the prostate gland. I believe the very early detection via the ExoDx test was helpful in the cancer not having spread outside of the prostate.

Due to the initial Gleason 9 pathology on the biopsy cores, I elected to have surgery. The percentage of the prostate that was found to have cancer involvement was 6-10%.
