Please advise: When Trimix effect lasts longer than usual?

Injected Trimix 45 minutes ago. Beautiful lovemaking with my dear wife. Still hard. Have not been this hard for this long on Trimix. Questions: when should I take Sudafed and at what point after that would I head to ER. Just preparing. But so grateful!

Someone on this support site recommended 4 (original) Sudafed. Congratulations on Trimix working! I had a painful reaction and couldn't use it.

Kind of you! Thanks. I am so grateful to my urologist for responding to my text. Erection lasted 2 1/2 hours but with one Sudafed and encouragement from doc it went down.

Always, always have a supply of sudafed when you use Trimix! Always.

I have recently read that the Sudafed needs to be "immediate release" type, not "time release", which will delay the help to go flaccid. Question: Was your glans ("head") of the penis sensitive after your climax as usually happened when we had our prostate and ejaculated? I ask because, if we do not ejaculate and experience the sensitivity, and if you are still hard from the Trimix, are you able to have another round or two, hopefully to the pleasure of your wife? Sounds like the Trimix is an "E-Ticket" ride for any wife.
