@ipg I am okay I deal with it the pain has settled some. I take more K2 than D3 and less calcium because i get that from food but when I do my injection, I take the K2 in the D3 at the same time so I’ll do the injection and then take these two because the K2 and the D3 help send it. I also take a really low dose of magnesium glycinate all these things they help push the calcium from the injection into a bone and not anywhere else afterwards I’m not sure I heard about this one it’s a daily pill called atlevia it’s a delayed release less than all the other stuff but still I have to be very careful so I’m not sure either what I’m gonna do. I’m 64 years old so I don’t know and the worst part is that was a very bad accident where I was actually a pedestrian coming right out of the door of a store and a car went right into the wall of the store and pushed me into it so I had two broken legs and damaged low back so some of that pain could be from that too so I don’t know. I’m just doing it one day at a time that’s all I’m doing, but yeah I’m gonna look around and see what happens. I’m doing my research for sure.
