Is Thirmik a good alternative to the osteoporosis shots?

Posted by patches1 @patches1, 17 hours ago

3 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis so I began taking the pill. I took for 2.5 years but I could no onler tolerate it. My doctor suggested the shots. I really want to get away from this medicine and take something natural. Is Thirmik a good alternative?

No. There is no supplement you can take that will fix your osteoporosis. Thirmik has been discussed before on this forum.

You may want to start doing your own research on the different approaches that people are implementing to deal with osteoporosis. You might review the many subcategories under Osteoporosis to start.
You want to share more information with us such as your age, is your osteoporosis caused by loss of hormones during menopause, what pill were you taking and are you seeing a physician who is trained in treating Osteoporosis.
