@patches1 Your age and DEXA scores are important before offering any advice.

In the meantime, check out Brick House Bones on Facebook, by Dr Lisa Moore, a PT specializing in osteoporosis. She has great free exercise videos and lots of advice. Medications are not discussed though, but you will learn other tips to help "fracture proof" yourself.
