Brinsupri may take 3–6 months to reach full effect.
Please use this thread to share first-hand experiences only if you have been on Brinsupri for 3 months or longer.
To keep this discussion useful and focused, let’s limit comments to actual outcomes, side effects, or changes you’ve observed after at least 3 months of use.

Just a range of different symptoms. Some took a while to pass, others not long. Like the heartburn someone mentioned. I had that for a couple of weeks in the beginning and it was not pleasant at all but I gave it some time and it passed and never returned. Sometimes I would go through a "spell" where I thought maybe the Brinsupri had stopped working because my symptoms seemed to almost be returning back to their "pre-Brinsupri" state, but that passed. I seem to be pretty stable now- but there may be another surprise, it has been about 9 months now and they say to give it a year.

I ordered the Trace Electrolyte Stamina pills. When they arrived I noticed that they contain iron. Iron can be damaging to organs, if taken by women past Menses. Iron for older women should only be taken, if recommended by a Doctor. I don’t think iron is an electrolyte.

It is so important to know what we should and should not be taking and how much when it comes to supplements. We also have to know ourselves in terms of our health and needs to know what to take or not take....what is needed etc. After menopause, especially, or taking medications, having a chronic illness etc. etc.
My sister answered me about the Trace Electrolyte Stamina pills. She has worked and managed Health Food Stores and has worked in the Vitamin Dept. of Whole Foods Markets for 15 years. She is a very healthy 70 year old, no chronic illness and not on any medications. She said WFMarkets have a liquid product for Electrolytes. I have not gone to look at the product as yet.
