Hello, and thanks for links - I will check those out shortly.

Yes, I've seen a neurologist and had an MRI of the lower back as well as conduction tests etc. He said it was Diabetic Neuropathy. It makes sense as I've been diabetic for many years and didn't manage it well at first. The only part I don't understand is why it's nearly always only in one foot at a time.

Hi first time posting. I have diabetes and a PNET, currently not in any treatment for it. Small watch and see. I e also been diagnosed with neuropathy. Currently on Lyrica for it. My question is do anyone else have really bad numbing and tingling burning to the point it feels like something biting from top of head all the way down body to your feet (right side)?

Hi @ceefer, I don't have a PNET or the burning with my neuropathy but do have the numbness and some tingling in both legs. There are members who have mentioned PNET and neuropathy if you want to scan through their comments while you wait for others to respond - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/
