Anyone have severe depression (refractory) and PPAOS?

I have many decades of depression and was diagnosed in January with Primary Progressive Apraxia of Speech.

I am wondering whether anyone else has this combination.

I am taking lexapro , but how not a little depressed when lose the ability to communicate well? I can still talk but it’s non-fluent and very slow and takes a lot of effort.
Question - has anyone having trouble writing and spelling? I’ve been having trouble writing in cursive and spelling simple words that have before.
