@johnbishop l have read this is common in dogs & other animals. I got a dog in January, had surgery in Sept. . 3 days after surgery developed rash where bandage was. Originally I thought maybe shingles but diagnosed as MRSA. In Dec. I was diagnosed Pemphigus & have been treated 5 months. My husband is experiencing same symptoms. He has not been seen by Dr.. I have been told this is not contagious but wonder if the dog could have role in this? Does anyone have animals with pemphigus?
