Thanks for the information, and discussion leads. Seems like mixed results and a diversity of opinions from the Drs! I probably do not quality as I do not hav diabetes and am only moderately overweight with a BMI of 27-28
I will be talking with my hematologist/oncologist any way soon. Been on plant based diet almost 2 years, 80 years old don’t either MGUS then SMM 4 years ago. No medication. Numbers are always the same. No changes ! Biggest problem is the associated anemia and lack of energy!
