Tymlos experience and side effects

Hi, I recently started daily Tymlos shots but am still very skeptical about the side effects and efficacy. Have you-3.5 spine and -2.5 in hips. At 67, working actively in and out. Now taking calcium supplements and watching diet.
My upper back hurts , any suggestions or better experiences. Thank you

I’m 62 and I am on day 18 of Tymlos. My spine is -3.4 and my hips are -2.8 and -2.9. Other than one day where I felt pressure (no pain) in my spine and hips, I’ve not had any side effects of the drug. I hydrate extensively throughout the day because I have syncope issues if I don’t. The large majority of adults don’t hydrate sufficiently. My suggestion would be to hydrate more.
