I don’t understand what they’re getting at here. Potency usually means being able to get somebody pregnant. After a prostatectomy, you cannot get somebody pregnant the usual way.

You could have the sperm removed using IVF procedures, But you can’t do it with sexual relations.

I looked at the article and it wasn’t exactly specific about what they meant.
