Truqap failing

After a liquid biopsy showed same PIK3CA mutation of new liver metastasis while on Truqap, my oncologist recommended I switch to Everolimus+ tamoxifen.
Does anyone have more information on side effects, benefits?
I'm getting pretty worried I'm out of options.

I have not taken this combination, but I was on 20 mg tamoxifen and felt fatique, which is listed as more frequent with the combo. Just wanted to mention that I found that the fatigue I felt was more of a loss of motivation rather than tiredness. Whatever works for you in terms of motivation, you may want to put in place to help.

Also, the pancreatic cancer group has good ideas on dealing with all types of side effects. They are remarkably the most positive helpful group on this forum. They mention Magic Mouthwash works really well for mouth soreness from chemo. The recommendation for it comes from their oncologist. A search for it on the PC group will give more info.
