Has anyone developed skin cancer NET

Diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoma 3 years ago and recently my face has become red, especially on forehead and under eyes around nose and cheeks, and skin is very dry and scaly (I have an appt with my oncologist next week), but wondering if anyone has experienced this as well.

@nicholas21 I believe that is called a Merkel Cell Carcinoma, if it is a neuroendocrine skin cancer. I have attached two links below.
