My UNH insurance plan no longer covers original Rituxan. They cover only biosimilars, like Ruxience.
Do you have Rituxan covered by commercial insurance plan?
I think it is still generally covered by some commercial plans as well as by Medicaid and Medicare. I am not sure why my plan would not cover Rituxan. Although, with more biosimilars coming to the market, this is becoming a trend. Humira is also no longer covered, only biosimilars.
