@gravity3 thank you for that insight - i guess i hope so in my case, as id hate to think i did it to myself, but it is what it is regardless, since I also needed that rx since my body didn't make enough of it - ha! That said, I am taking measures this week to get ahead of it one way or another, and my current challenge is finding the "right" strength resistance protocol (in a class/gym/trainer/you tube, etc., that will be safe and ongoing to increase density - but this forum rocks and I am so very thankful for all of you on here!!!!!! =)
