I don't know if my experience is helpful but I'll share. I have had basically chronic indigestion for some weeks prior to my diagnosis with flashes of nausea that I could get of sometimes by relieving gas. After starting Camzyos the condition persisted so I started taking over the counter pro and prebiotic gummies. Just a combo from Walmart. It has almost completely stopped the issue which totally surprised me. It may be worth a try. I suppose the problem could be related to either the drug or the HCM itself, but it has helped. Good luck.
