This Dr. Tim Tollestrup seems to be the only doctor that does surgery for peripheral neuropathy. Is this possible? And if he is successful how come there are not more doctors that do the surgery? It's all very strange.

Indeed it seems quite odd and I have never heard of surgery for peripheral neuropathy. What type of surgery can actually repair nerves and what’s the procedure like?
