600 total testosterone - sounds good to me, especially after being on ADT for such a long time. This is a controversial subject, but the trend is becoming increasingly supportive of testosterone.
Curious how you are feeling now. I suspect you are probably feeling wonderful with significantly improved energy and mental cognition. Correct???

@kenk1962 Probably the biggest thing other than return of libido is I have a lot less joint pain. I already had some arthritis before starting the whole process, and the ADT really exacerbated that especially in my neck and shoulders.
