I have used a cpap for 15 yrs. Agree with the other post, do not take a sleep medication before a sleep study.
I currently drink Chamomile tea before bed. This guarantees I sleep soundly, rarely wake in the middle of the night.
I have taken magnesium and even melatonin, over time, these OTC aren’t as effective. Tea for me is better.

@malebreastcancer47 I enjoy chamomile tea, but it's not a guaranteed knockout for me.
