Barbara, my Pulmonologist was very specific in his nebulizer prescription with no substitutions. He prescribed the Pari Vios. I ordered it through the DME supply store at the hospital and it came complete with compressor and all accessories.They also did all my Medicare billing etc, The saline I received from the specialty pharmacy at the same hospital.
