Four... but depends what time lights out and what time actually get up to have breakfast... average varies.... what is "inspire"..... my problem being cannot always get back to sleep ..few nights ago awake 2am to 5.30am!

@lacy2 If I wake up in the night, it's usually to pee (1X maybe 2X)
I use c-pap (If I sleep all night without waking, that's great)
When I don't use c-pap, I wake up 3X or more!
I was diagnosed in a sleep lab eight years ago, now trying to upgrade my c-pap machine after the (Phillips) recall, I've had two at home sleep tests, with two different doctors. Both at home sleep tests say I do not have sleep apnea!
I am still trying to find answers
