Hello. I've had trouble with cramps off and on, but have found that walking and other exercises have greatly reduced occurrence, if done regularly. But your "en point" reference resonated with me. That happened to me the other morning. I noticed that my skin was saggy, so drank a glass of water with liquid IV. All cramping disappeared within 5 minutes and no muscle soreness resulted. I am still amazed.

@maggieanne76 Thanks for the tip. I have chronic kidney disease and have been cautioned not to drink excess water. The recommended amount for me is 36 oz. a day. I tend to retain water and am on meds to help with swelling. I lost about four pounds in the weeks after I started Jardiance (which was recently given FDA approval for CKD). My doctors are pleased. I don't quite understand the connection between swelling and kidney health.
