@lindalacny My Costco pharmacy near Philly didn’t have it last year, but I got it at Walgreen’s using good Rx. The first time it was 12-15, but was 22 for 60 last time. That’s still the best price I had found.

Note: go to Good RX website. Put in zip code.
Search for sodium Chloride.
Hit the button and it will give you different strengths. Select what you need and it will show you different pharmacies near you with the prices. I just did it and Walgreen’s says 15, Walmart says 18 and CVS says 40. There are more, but do call ahead to make sure they have because a couple are on there, including Costco and Target, who have told me they don’t order it.
