When I was attending a pain rehabilitation clinic, working on improving sleep/rest was a major component. There are many on-line sources for help - I would begin by reading material from people not looking to sell me something.

Grounding sheets and other earthing techniques are being (slowly) explored by science, but there a few definitive answers yet. Here is a recent article:
