I use Nystatin .Went through 2 bottles. Didn't get rid of it. I didn't have side effects. Now I brush tongue with baking soda. I have had thrush for over 3 years.

3 years! How much does the baking soda help? Any reduction in thrush? Thanks for sharing this tip.
