@zenren14 and all... LOVE my 15 pound weighted blanket! Only issues though is I live in beautiful, sunny, humid Florida. I use my A. C. most of the year... maybe have heat off and on during 3 months. So, I do struggle with getting overheated under the weighted blanket. Not sure how to completely resolve that issue. It helps my with overall comfort and relaxation of otherwise very tight muscles during the night. And, emotionally it does wonders as well.

But, it gets warm. Now I am taking off the bed coverlet and only using the sheet and weighted blanket, no other cover. It is better. And, I keep the A.C. on fairly low all the time as it helps me breathe as well as sleep. I use a bi-pap with O2 every night. I now sleep well!
