Have you had your teeth checked? I had an abscessed upper back molar (tooth #2) that was never detected on a sinus CT (even w contrast) and was very hard to see on dental X-rays. It never hurt, was just a bit sensitive. It was diagnosed w a CBCT scan at an endodontist office. My symptoms were very similar to yours.

@arbez Thank you. In 2024W did give me a referral for a neck ex-ray which did show I had a peripical lunacy on bottom R side. I did have ex-rays of that area made locally at the dentist, that showed zero. I ended up at Spokane Oral surgery where they pulled it for $2200. I do not have dental insurance. Medicare and United Health didn't cover it. Right now, again, the top tooth directly in line with the R ear is also sensitive at times. Local dentist did exray, completely around for $200. Once again, showed zero.. The tooth that was pulled was directly under it. Thank you for your help. I am pretty active and this absolutely sucks. I'm in the third year now. I know, someday, somewhere, someone will say this is what it is...... Let's get it fixed.
