A minimum of two pasties, one in the morning, one at night. This dose may be doubled as needed.

To complete the treatment, either a brownie or a hot fudge sundae must then be consumed.

@janemc I think I need to change from my doctor to yours, love the increase in dosage as needed. Oh it is so good to have a laugh at ourselves. Look out Cream Bun here I come. 😋
