I quit for about a year and half, and it was an amazing feeling not having intrest in cigarettes. But something happened and don't know what it was that trigger me to go back and i still smoke harder than before, i really hate it. I really really need help.🙏🙏

@athi I am sorry you had a step back, 1 1/2 year not smoking is very good. Only advice I can give you, what I do, find your triggers, only than you can change your habits. Write a daily journal, it helped me, every time I see the number of cigarettes I smoke going down, I pet myself on my shoulders. Be good for yourself, reward. I have to wait a little longer to stop smoking again, my arms are not healed yet from the nicotine patches, the new nicotine patches have breathable non-woven backing with hypoallergenic adhesive.
