I have had help with my fibromyalgia pain and sleep issues by taking LDN, low-dose naltrexone. I've posted more information previously on this support group. You have to get it from a compounding pharmacy and it's not covered by insurance. Mine costs $115 for a 3-month supply

Please share your pharmacy lol. I paid 48 a month 🙁
It I second LDN.. helps so much and I take Tonmya at night. Still a bit tired but that cause I overdo it. Just bought a pacing armband to help watch it.
