Sleep is essential!
50 mg Trazadone—One usually works but if I’m too wound up to fall asleep I take two=100mg.
I was in so much pain after my surgery I had to take three and then there was no guarantee I’d fall asleep. Ambien is à sure-fire drug but I am susceptible to addiction so I can’t take any addictive drugs.

@laurabamford4015 I'm confused. Are you saying that you take 100mg Trazodone and sleep well but uyou're afraid if you up it to 150mg. you won't sleep through? I ask because I take 150mg and sleep through about 7 hours.

@laurabamford4015 my biggest concern is next day hangover which was horrible with the lowest dose of mirtazapine for me.
I’ll contact my GP to get her to prescribe it. Hoping for good results. Thank you so much for your reply!
